How do I register my household members?
Open the iPass app, go to Settings > Household, and click 'Add Member'. They will receive an SMS with instructions to download the app and a unique code to link to your household.
What happens when I press the Panic Alert?
The panic alert immediately notifies the estate's central security gate, sends an SMS to your designated emergency contacts, and optionally alerts your immediate neighbors depending on your privacy settings.
How do I generate a visitor QR code?
On your dashboard, tap 'Invite Visitor'. Enter their name and expected arrival date. You can then share the generated QR code via WhatsApp or SMS. Security will scan this code at the gate.
Can I pay my estate dues using iPass?
Yes, if your estate manager has enabled this feature. Navigate to the 'Payments' tab to see outstanding bills, utility top-ups, and pay directly using card or bank transfer.
What if I lost my phone?
Your iPass account is secured. If you lose your phone, simply download the app on your new device and log in using your credentials. Your session on the old device will be automatically terminated.
